Product Designer

Our Design team is looking for a Product Designer to play a pivotal role within the team. As a Product Designer, you will report to our Product Design TL and work with diverse teams to create innovative, user-centric products that help businesses streamline their compliance processes. You will have the opportunity to lead design initiatives, create a comprehensive Design System, and ensure our products deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Design complex, user-centric products that drive the compliance journey for businesses of all sizes.
• Initiate and lead design processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and compliance leaders.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System, ensuring consistency and high-quality design standards across all products.
• Adapt to changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
• Write clear and detailed documentation for the Design System to facilitate understanding and usage by all stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
• Conduct user research and analyze product usage to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience designing complex products in B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to initiate and lead design processes with different parties within a company.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Design Systems, including creation and maintenance.
• High expressive ability, particularly in writing clear and comprehensive documentation for Design Systems.
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Sharpness and ability to understand and navigate complex fields.
• Strong desire to research and analyze product usage to inform design decisions.
• Attributes of fairness, patience, adaptability to change, and a lack of ego.
• Independent learning ability and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between different topics efficiently.
