A Major Milestone for Anecdotes
I’m thrilled to share that Anecdotes has raised an additional $30 million, bringing our Series B funding to a total of $55 million. This latest investment, led by DTCP with participation from Vertex, Red Dot, and Glilot, is a testament to the shift happening in enterprise GRC—and our role in leading it.
We’ve always believed that GRC has way more to offer the business than it gets credit for, and that the way to change that is through data. With this new funding, we’re doubling down on our mission to help enterprises scale GRC, automate operations, and ensure risk management is both proactive and effective.
Our Vision: Unlocking the True Power of GRC
The idea behind Anecdotes started with a simple frustration: GRC teams were spending too much time (both theirs, and other teams’) collecting evidence that would be outdated basically the moment it was collected.
Before founding Anecdotes, my co-founder, Roi Amior, and I both felt firsthand the pain of being pulled away from our work, hours at a time to provide the GRC team evidence for audits. We’d have to take screenshots, pull logs, and manually document processes to prove controls were in place. It was inefficient, repetitive, and frustrating.
The problem wasn’t with the GRC teams—it was with the tools they were given (or put more accurately - weren’t given). The teams didn’t have the data they needed, nor did they have tools to sort, analyze or present it. They were forced to work with fragmented information, siloed processes, and guesswork. We realised the issue wasn’t just the burden on stakeholders like us, but also how this huge inefficiency limited GRC’s potential.
That’s why we built Anecdotes: a platform rooted in the belief that with data, the day-to-day of GRC professionals can be vastly improved and GRC as a whole can play a more strategic role in the organization. Our mission is to give GRC teams the power they’ve never had before—the power of actionable GRC data, backed by automation and AI.

Deepening strategic alliances with industry leaders
We’re expanding our partnerships with the Big Four accountancy firms, as well as Google Cloud, and ServiceNow to ensure seamless interoperability across the broader GRC ecosystem. Our integration with ServiceNow is just the beginning—we're investing in additional seamless integrations with leading GRC platforms, ensuring more teams can enjoy the value of our Data Engine’s automation in the tools they're already using.
Expanding our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program
To make data-driven GRC more accessible globally, we’re scaling our MSP program, enabling partners to deliver Anecdotes’ platform as part of their managed offerings. This initiative empowers organizations of all sizes to benefit from continuous compliance and automation—without needing to build in-house expertise from scratch.
